Privacy Policy

Songio processes audio only for the current recognition request. Audio files are deleted from the server after the result is returned or on error.

We store: an anonymous visitor ID (hashed), IP hash, request timestamp, and result status. These are used for the 20-requests-per-24h limit and service security, retained for at most 30 days.

Audio is sent to an external API service for recognition. That service has its own privacy policy.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Technical cookies: visitor ID (HttpOnly) and language preference.
